Data Protection Declaration of Mager GmbH

Mager GmbH, Lindenstrasse 68, 58256 Ennepetal, takes your data privacy very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of the applicable Data Protection Laws. Personal data on this website is only collected for technical or organizational purposes. Your data won’t be forwarded to any third party except for cases of legitimate and contractually agreed outsourced data processing. The following declaration provides you with an overview of how we ensure the protection of your personal data and what kind of data is collected and for what purpose. The legal basis for collecting and processing personal data is §§§§ 4 Abs. 1, 28 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 BDSG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 a) und b) DSGVO or your consent.

Data Processing on this Website

The Provider of this site collects and stores log files information that your browser sends to the server. These are in particular:

  • Browser type and version
  • The operating system used
  • The resolution and color depth set
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page, if any)
  • Host Name / IP address of the accessing computer
  • Time and date of request

This data is not allocable to individuals. It is not combined with other sources.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files which are transferred along with the actual requested data from the internet to your computer. This data is saved there and kept ready for later recall. In particular, in the context of your registration, cookies are needed as we use them to ensure user-friendliness during the authorization process and for access control. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can deactivate the storing of cookies or adjust your browser, so that it notifies you whenever a cookie is set.

Data processing in contractual relationships

We collect und process personal data you provide in the course of business relations. When starting a business relation you agree to collecting and processing of your personal data. The data concerned is contract data, e.g.  your name, your business address, bank data as far as it is necessary, or your email-address. The data can belong to the category “open data” but also to the categories “normal protection” or “high protection”. The data provided will only be used for the agreed purpose, which means for handling our contractual relationship. There is no intention to use your data for other purposes. If the purpose for data processing should change for once you will be informed in advance. The processing takes place in Germany according to applicable law. Your data won’t be forwarded to a third country outside the EU. Your data will be stored for as long as the business relation lasts and as the case may be beyond that time if it is mandatory (see also Rights of affected persons – deletion).

Rights of affected person / information

As an affected person, you can assert certain rights. Thus, you may request information from our company free of charge whether personal data is collected and if so, to what extent, for what purpose and for which duration and what interests collection serves (Art. 15 DSGVO). In the scope of the right of rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), the affected person has the right to immediately demand the rectification or completion of incorrect personal data. Furthermore, the affected person has the right to the deletion or restriction of processing (Art. 17, Art. 18 DSGVO). There might be legal requirements, which conflict with the deletion. There might be longer periods for storing personal data in archives. This is because in archiving systems singular data sets cannot be deleted separately. For these systems general storing periods exist. The access to archiving systems is limited to very few persons.

The affected person has a right to object the collecting and processing of personal data (Art. 21 DSGVO). The affected person also has a right of revocation in regard to the personal data we have collected and processed Exercising this right results in personal data no longer being processed unless there are imperative reasons preventing this.

The affected person also has the right of appeal to the supervisory authority if their inquiry is not dealt with and they think the processing of their personal data conflicts with the DSGVO.

Protection of personal data

To protect personal data from unauthorized access and from abuse we put substantial technical and organizational measures in place according to DSGVO. You are welcome to ask for a description of our substantial technical and organizational measures. All employees dealing with personal data are committed to data secrecy. Personal data is encrypted when processed and allocated an alias if possible.
