All ERMA-screws and bolts are hot-formed in our workshop. This ensures a consistent fiber orientation in the barrel and the head of the bolts. Our own workshop guarantees highest flexibility and the up-to-date CNC-machines highest precision. Our threads are rolled. This leads to a high fatigue strength. Production range: M6 - M 64 (1/4" - 2 1/2") diameter, lengths up to 600 mm. Manufacturing according to standards, drawings and samples. We are specialized in sets of 50 - 15.000 pieces.
